| The National Registry produces the Certified Food Safety Manager™ exam (CFSM) and tracks those who have successfully completed the test. National Registry of Food Safety Professionals is only one of FIVE organizations with food safety manager certification exams recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The CFP recognition program aims to ensure the validity, reliability and legal defensibility of the certification for food managers. The National Registry is responsible for maintaining a master database of all candidates who have sat for the CFSM exam. NRFSP can provide verification of a candidate for local regulators. |
