Stackable credentials are part of a sequence of education accumulated over time to build up an individual’s qualification to help them move along a career pathway. This entry-level credential is offered to individuals who are new to the culinary industry and are seeking a better understanding of the fundamentals of professional cooking. To be eligible for this digital certificate, students are required to complete a series of 12 courses, which cover a variety of professional cooking topic areas.
Sanitation and food safety training is a key part of operating a successful food service establishment. Our superior food safety online courses provide students with the education they need to pursue a variety of food safety credentials through any of the ANSI/Council on Food Protection approved testing companies.
Achieving ACF cook or chef certification status indicates a level of preparedness, education and work experience that is highly valued within the culinary industry. All courses are ACF approved for the continuing education hours required for all levels of initial ACF certification or certification renewal.
