Once you have completed the Food Safety and Sanitation course you are prepared with the knowledge to take the International Certified Food Safety Manager exam online. You may register and pay for this exam (see NRFSP for pricing) through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Global Culinary Certification - The World Association of Cooks Societies offers a one-time Global Culinary Certification. There are additional fees (payable directly to WorldChefs) required to pursue this credential. Completion of a Food Safety and Sanitation course (we recommend our course) is a part of the documentation/evidence you will need to successfully pursue this credential.
