ACF Certification

ACF certification is the only culinary credential program within the United States. Achieving ACF cook or chef certification status indicates a level of preparedness, education and work experience that is highly valued within the culinary industry. All courses are ACF approved for the continuing education hours required for all levels of initial ACF certification or certification renewal.

Non-Credit Certificates

Non-Credit Training Certificates provide our students with greater value for their professional education through access to the resources of college. These stand-alone certificates provide documentation of skill attainment for many working cooks, chefs and entry-level students, and are offered in a variety of topic areas. Each certificate is issued through Southwestern Oregon Community College.
